Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

The party responsible for the processing of personal data is [Complete Lumo Digital's legal entity name / tax ID], reachable at hola@lumodigital.io.

2. Personal data collected

Only the data voluntarily provided by the User through the site's contact form is collected: name, email address, company (optional), and the content of the message submitted.

The site does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools that automatically collect data regarding the User's browsing activity. For further detail, see the Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose of processing

The data provided is used exclusively to respond to the inquiry submitted and, should the exchange develop into a business conversation, to maintain contact regarding the services offered by Lumo. The data is not used for any other purpose.

4. Recipients of the data

Lumo uses Resend (resend.com) as its email delivery provider: the User's message is processed through that infrastructure in order to reach Lumo's team as an email. The site is hosted on Netlify.

Neither provider uses the User's data for its own purposes, acting instead as a data processor on Lumo's behalf. Lumo does not sell, rent, or disclose the User's personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data retention period

Contact messages are retained in Lumo's email inbox for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the corresponding business conversation, and are deleted once that period has elapsed or at the User's request.

6. User rights

Argentina (Law No. 25,326): the User has the right to access, rectify, update, and delete their personal data, in accordance with applicable law. Such rights may be exercised by writing to hola@lumodigital.io. The User may also lodge a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326.

European Union (GDPR): should the User be located within the European Union, they shall additionally have the right to data portability, to restrict its processing, and to object thereto, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority. The legal basis for processing the data is the consent given by the User upon submitting the contact form.

United States (CCPA/CPRA): the User has the right to know what personal data Lumo holds and to request its deletion. Lumo does not sell or "share" personal data with third parties, as such terms are defined under the CCPA.

7. Security

Lumo implements reasonable measures to protect the User's data, notwithstanding that no system for the transmission or storage of data can be considered entirely secure.

8. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and Lumo does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

9. Amendments to this Policy

Lumo may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The "last updated" date set out in this document corresponds to the version currently in force. Should analytics or advertising tools be incorporated in the future (for example, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel), such circumstance shall be reflected in this document and in the Cookie Policy prior to their activation, and the corresponding consent shall be obtained wherever required by applicable law.
